Don, along with his wife Melody opened this company in 1993. His vision was to be able to help his customers with, lowest rates and costs. Having experienced the pain staking process of obtaining a mortgage, he set out to find the fastest most efficient way to get to the closing table for his customers.

He has completed his education, holding a PHD in Humanistic Physiology, along with licenses in Stock Brokerage, Auctioneer, Health & Life, and Property & Casualty Insurance and currently holds Real Estate Broker and Nursing. Adding to his medical education he studied Chinese Medicine for two years. He has passed the National exam allowing him to hold the title of a Certified Mortgage Specialist, only a few people per state hold this designation.

Being one of the highest educated people in this field, he adds strength to Manning Financial Group that attributes to the many years of success.
